Art Journaling and Creative Flow are connected, but in different ways. These activities share in common the act of creating. Art Journaling is a place for freedom of expression, fun, and contemplation. Creative flow uses creative activities to achieve a flow state of consciousness. Contact me to discuss options for a class or workshop at your facility/place of business, or my rental space  in Georgetown, Ontario. NOTE: Covid has thrown a wrench in the how's of doing this, please see bottom of page for current status.

Creative Flow for Teens ages 12-16

begins January 2021 at

Glazed Expressions Creative Studio, 65 Main St. S., Georgetown, ON

Creative Flow for Teens is a jumping off point for creating "Flow" - a state of mind that is considered an optimal state of consciousness! Tasks that are just a bit hard, but are do-able, produce immediate results and are rewarding to perform helps your teen find their "happy place", also called flow. Time disappears, surroundings fade, brains recharge, confidence returns, giving your child the necessary tools to go back into the world and deal :)

Art journaling for wellness! Yes, you can "art" every day as a meditative activity.  Some of my clients have included dementia caregivers, teens, stressed out moms, and victims of addiction disorder. I'm not a therapist by any means. Just a gal who figured out the restorative effects of wielding some scissors, squishing some glue, and finding meaning in putting it all together. Contact me to get started. I supply all mixed media materials and instruction, you supply the place. If you're anywhere near Georgetown, Ontario, I can assist you with securing appropriate rental space **. Two hour, three hour, and all-day workshops available when it is once again safe to gather. Booster technique sessions: specializing in mixed media techniques also available now via Zoom.

** Covid-19 Note: I am available for one-on-one, or group art journaling via Zoom (You provide the materials, list will be provided).

Group sessions up to 8 participants now available in Georgetown, Ontario, physically distanced, masks mandatory.

All must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
