Wellness Art Journaling = daily meditative art
Art journaling for wellness! Yes, you can "art" every day as a meditative activity. Some of my clients have included dementia caregivers, teens, stressed out moms, and victims of addiction disorder. I'm not a therapist by any means. Just a gal who figured out the restorative effects of wielding some scissors, squishing some glue, and finding meaning in putting it all together.
